Mr. Drucks has been a member of the Insurance Industry for over 50 years as well as a member of the Health Underwriters of Northern New Jersey.  He has also served as President for the Livingston Chamber of Commerce, the Vietnam Veterans of America and many other charitable organizations in his home town of Livingston, New Jersey.

After serving in Vietnam, he chose to go into the insurance business after his honorable Discharge in the US Army Security Agency. He started as a debit agent with Prudential Insurance Company and through insurance he learned how to help young new families develop financial plans to cover their families and future retirement needs.  Moving on to Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ, he became the COO of one of their subsidiaries that handled all their non-health products which included Group Life, Long Term Disability and Flexible Spending Accounts. Ira then became a Regional Vice President at Fort Dearborn Life Insurance Company for the eastern region of the United States.  Upon retirement, he was asked to join Altomare Financial Groups as their Vice President in charge of ancillary and Medicare Products.

It is easy for Ira to help clients, once again, as he now falls into the same age group. He is able to continue to help those families better understand their Medicare needs.
